SWA/Balsley is seeking a full-time marketing assistant for our New York studio of landscape architecture, planning, and urban design. Support a team of talented place-makers in producing high-quality proposals, statements of qualifications, and presentations, as well as identifying leads.
You will work directly with studio principals, project managers, technical staff, office manager, and the firmwide marketing team. Daily activities include reviewing lead opportunities; compiling and formatting proposal and credential material; and managing data for general marketing, RFQs and RFPs, awards, and the studio's online presence. The position requires an energetic self-starter who is detail-oriented, proactive, and a collaborative problem-solver. Excellent communication and time management skills are essential.
